    Job DescriptionMinimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required.

    Soliant is currently seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to work with a school district near Washington, Illinois. This position offers a full-time schedule to provide pediatric speech therapy in a school based setting for the duration of the current school year

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine individual needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.
    • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication goals.
    • Implement evidence-based interventions and therapy techniques.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of services provided and student progress.
    • Attend meetings and participate in the Individualized Education Program (IEP) process as required.

    Qualifications:

    • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
    • Valid Illinois SLP licensure and PEL required
    • Open to ASHA certificated therapists(CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship applicants (CFY)
    • Previous experience working in a school-basedor pediatric setting is desired but not required.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
