    Description

    • Oversee daily on-site construction activities to ensure efficient and safe operations
    • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, labor crews, and field personnel
    • Enforce project schedules and sequencing to meet milestones and deadlines
    • Ensure all work is performed in compliance with plans, specifications, and building codes
    • Maintain a safe jobsite by enforcing safety policies and conducting regular inspections
    • Track daily progress, resolve field issues, and document site activities
    • Coordinate inspections with local authorities and ensure timely approvals
    • Communicate effectively with project managers to align field execution with project goals

    Profile

    • 3+ years of experience as lead superintendent
    • Track record of delivering commercial, healthcare, education, or industrial builds
    • Experience on projects valued at $5M+
    • Ability to manage both subcontractor and self-perform crews
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Knowledge of all relevant safety guidelines and procedures
    • Passion for construction

    Job Offer

    • Base salary of $100,000 to $125,000 dependent on qualifications
