  • Responsible for leading the CLD Delivery Team (Advisors, Techs, & Supervisors) to provide an exceptional customer experience Responsible for department P&L including achieving revenue, margin and cost targets Insure consistent communication between delivery department & customers that meets or exceeds the customers expectations Manages departmental workflow and capacity planning Point of contact for escalated customer concerns related to delivery services rendered.
  • Responsible for hiring, retention, performance reviews, and full employee life cycle of department personnel Ensures departmental regulatory compliance to include but not limited to, OSHA, EPA, & DOT Budgeting of capital expenditures to ensure necessary plant and property maintenance and improvement is performed as needed.
  • Perform twice-daily Status Meetings with all advisors & shop leaders to: o Review status of the days deliveries & the next days deliveries o Insure customers get rescheduled when applicable o Assist advisors, when needed, with coach movement to and through specialty shops o Follow up on any overdue deliveries to assist in their completion Utilize available company resources for ongoing training & development of team members Attend all company required meetings and training.
  • Business unit management experience Ability to forecast and anticipate business needs Ability to sustain business growth while driving strong culture Ability to anticipate and resolve problems Valid drivers license and clean driving record to meet insurance requirements Excellent business acumen, sound judgement and solid work ethic Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to speak, read, write and comprehend English
