    The Opportunity

    As a Field Engineer, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support to nearby airports and stations. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to POS systems, networks, digital signage, payment terminals, PCs, scanners, and other devices. Collaboration with our second level support teams will be essential to effectively address and resolve complex technical challenges.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide on-site technical support to airports and stations in the designated area.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to POS systems, networks, digital signage, payment terminals, PCs, scanners, and other devices.
    • Collaborate with the second level support team to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
    • Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
    • Document and report all technical issues and resolutions accurately and timely.
    • Provide training and support to end-users on the proper use of technology equipment and systems.

    Qualifications:

    • Strong knowledge of POS systems, networks, digital signage, payment terminals, PCs, scanners, and other related devices.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and clients.
    • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

    Willingness to travel to various airport and station locations within the designated area.
