- Efficiently handle incoming calls and manage scheduling for financial advisors, ensuring smooth communication and appointment coordination
- Maintain and input tasks for multiple financial advisors and provide regular reports on task status
- Manage various office-related tasks
- Greet clients and prospects, ensuring a positive initial impression
- Plan and support client events and seminars
- Aid in handling LPL Financial, Fidelity and Schwab service requests and client service calls, delivering prompt and efficient assistance to clients
- Depositing securities and client checks that are received in office
- Running client review investment reports and financial planning summaries
- Handling of insurance application process and follow through
- Maintaining and updating information in Apollon CRM
- Identify efficiency opportunities
- 3+ years recent industry experience (Required)
- Self-starter and motivated to learn
- Familiar and competent in the Windows suite of programs
- Embraces working on a team
- Strong communication with clients both verbally and written
- Familiarity with Salesforce preferred
- Knowledge of custodial platforms (Required)
- Industry licensing (Not Required)
