    Apollon Financial is looking for the right individual to become a valuable member of our team. Our ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining smooth day-to-day operations within the organization while interacting with clients.

    Responsibilities:

    • Efficiently handle incoming calls and manage scheduling for financial advisors, ensuring smooth communication and appointment coordination
    • Maintain and input tasks for multiple financial advisors and provide regular reports on task status
    • Manage various office-related tasks
    • Greet clients and prospects, ensuring a positive initial impression
    • Plan and support client events and seminars
    • Aid in handling LPL Financial, Fidelity and Schwab service requests and client service calls, delivering prompt and efficient assistance to clients
    • Depositing securities and client checks that are received in office
    • Running client review investment reports and financial planning summaries
    • Handling of insurance application process and follow through
    • Maintaining and updating information in Apollon CRM
    • Identify efficiency opportunities

    Minimum Education:


    • Bachelors Degree Preferred

    Skills and Experience:

    • 3+ years recent industry experience (Required)
    • Self-starter and motivated to learn
    • Familiar and competent in the Windows suite of programs
    • Embraces working on a team
    • Strong communication with clients both verbally and written
    • Familiarity with Salesforce preferred
    • Knowledge of custodial platforms (Required)
    • Industry licensing (Not Required)
