    This is a part time, temporary position working up to 25 hours per week. Hours scheduled between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend hours may be required as determined by the supervisor. This position is not eligible for benefits.

    The Community Health Services (CHS) Division is seeking an Advance Practice Registered Nurse to join its team.

    The Community Health Services (CHS) Division is seeking an Advance Practice Registered Nurse to join its team. Responsibilities of this position include assessing the health of individuals seeking health care in the Public Health Clinic. Individual must be knowledgeable regarding general health conditions and health concerns including men and women's health, sexual health, Sexually Transmitted Infections and HIV. Individual will work under the direct supervision of the Public Health Clinic Supervisor.

    Applicants with interpretation skills and from diverse backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

    Must have the ability to work well with team members and possess excellent communication skills.

    Qualifications: Graduation from a Master's degree nursing program accredited by the National League of Nursing. Experience in the delivery of health services or equivalent combination of training and experience which provides desirable knowledge, abilities and skills.

    Necessary Requirements: Possession of a valid license to practice as an Advance Practice Registered Nurse in the State of Nebraska and a valid driver's license.

    To be eligible for insurance benefits, employees must work at least 30 hours per week.

    To be eligible for the retirement plan, employees must work at least 20 hours per week.

    Temporary, seasonal, and unclassified employees are not eligible for benefits.
