EXAMPLE OF DUTIES

Manage calls and answer multiple phone lines Monitor division emails Assist walk-in students, staff, and faculty Alert Division Dean, staff or faculty when someone is there to meet or visit Handle incoming and outgoing mail Accept deliveries, organize and distribute to the correct recipients Handle filing, scanning, and data entry as requested.
