    Job Summary:

    The System Engineer will:


    Report all information pertaining to all key indicators of the organization to include but not be limited to; Information System Issues.

    The IT Support Specialist will function with autonomy, diplomacy and professionalism within the guidelines established by this organization.

    Promote the

    well-being

    of the human aspect of this organization and report any concerns to the Technical Operations Manager.

    Function with the highest esteem in dealing with all employees, supervisors, and consumers of this organization.

    Be an advocate for all of the policies and protocols of the

    organization.
    Job Responsibilities/Duties

    INFORMATION SYSTEM
    ·

    Monitor and maintain current software programs
    ·

    Implement new and update old software programs
    ·

    Work with Software vendor to assure compliance of same
    ·

    Maintain network functions and problem solve as required
    ·

    Learn new programs, and train/monitor staff
    ·

    Ensure licensing of all new software programs
    ·

    Assist the Technical Operations Manager to purchase and set up new and existing software programs.
    ·

    Review and present all facts pertaining to financial obligations of software purchases and updates.
    ·

    Monitor and maintain current hardware systems
    ·

    Make recommendations for new hardware and assist in the contract negotiations with computer technology companies
    ·

    Monitor and update system as necessary to avoid problems
    ·

    Problem solve PC applications and offer training to support staff
    ·

    Ensure registration and/or licensing compliance with all PC applications
    ·

    Assist the Technical Operations Manager purchase and maintain new and existing hardware
    ·

    Review and present all facts pertaining to financial obligations of hardware purchases and updates
    ·

    Develop and maintain hardware and software inventory
    ·

    Administer Windows- based network and infrastructure
    ·

    Administer remote connections
    ·

    Perform all user administration tasks
    ·

    Administer security systems
    ̈

    Firewall and VPN technologies
    ·

    Manage, configure, and maintain communications equipment
    ·

    Support Enterprise Technologies

    SYSTEM ADMINISTRATION FUNCTIONS:

    OBSERVES ALL:
    Policies on confidentiality
    Fiscal/Office/Programming/Human Resource; EEOC/EOE/BEO STANDARDS
    ODP/OMHSAS/CYS/CMS Policies and Procedure
    Funding entity Policies and Procedures.

    Able to work appropriately with all persons
    Actively demonstrates leadership in behavior supportive of the organization
    Will be collaborative, communicative, caring and respectful to everyone
    Participates in a minimum of eleven (11) hours of annual training
    Documents time worked accurately and concise
    Associate degree or Technical Certifications
    Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
    One (1) to Three (3) years in Information Technology or related field
    Strong customer service orientation with proven accomplishments
    Excellent computer skills and background to include:

    Microsoft Operating Systems
    O365/M365 Suite
    Adobe systems
    Database fundamentals
    Azure AD
    AV Software
    Knowledge of computer hardware and software
    Excellent communication skills
    Excellent organization skills
    Team Player
