    Description


    We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Network Analyst Level 1 to join our dynamic team at an Internet Service Provider.

    The Network Analyst Level 1 will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and optimization of our network infrastructure, with a focus on CBRS, millimeter wave, WiFi, broadband home internet, broadband mobile internet, and optical networks.

    This position requires a strong technical background, attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve network issues promptly.

    Core Responsibilities

    Monitor and maintain the performance, availability, and security of the network infrastructure, including CBRS, SAS registration, millimeter wave, WiFi, broadband home internet, broadband mobile internet, and optical networks.

    Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network equipment, including routers, switches, access points, and optical devices.
    Perform regular network performance monitoring and analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimize network performance.
    Collaborate with the network engineering team to design and implement network solutions and upgrades.
    Troubleshoot network issues, identify root causes, and implement effective resolutions in a timely manner.
    Conduct network testing and provide recommendations for network optimization and enhancements.
    Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies related to network infrastructure and internet services.
    Requirements
    Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
    Strong knowledge and experience working with CBRS, millimeter wave, WiFi, broadband home internet, broadband mobile internet, and optical networks.

    Proficient in network protocols and technologies such as TCP/IP, VLAN, DNS, DHCP, routing protocols, and network security, bonus for experience with BGP.

    Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
    Familiarity with network equipment configuration and management.
    Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
    Experience with Mikrotik OS, Ubiquiti, and VMWare ESXi a plus
    Interest or experience in CBRS, LTE, 3GPP a plus.
    Education
    High School Diploma / GED
    Certifications (if applicable)
