- Experienced in reading isometric drawing's
- P&ID'S
- pulling measurements to field verify and fabricate
- reading tape measure, formulas like 1.414, .707 and how to use
- take offs of fitting's, bevel machines, power tools, two-hole pins, blue book, personal tools to do all facets of the job
- bull rigging experience
- torqueing bolts
- daily pipe fitter reports, torque reports
- Experienced in bolt up, torqueing bolts, hand beveling / prepping pipe, cutting
- Ability to use hand threaders and mechanical threading machine to achieve required thread count
- Install thread tape and pipe dope
- Proper use of pipe wrenches to achieve proper tightness
- Adhere to OSHA/DOT safety policies/procedures
- Ensure proper use of PPE
