    Strategic Contract Oversight and Compliance Development Opportunity

    Are you a seasoned legal professional looking for a challenging remote position in the USA? JDHuntr is currently seeking a skilled Associate General Counsel to join our team.

    Key Responsibilities


    Contract Management:
    Oversee all company contracts by drafting, negotiating, reviewing, interpreting, and managing high-value agreements.
    Implement internal standardized contract processes, policies, and workflows, while maintaining templates and streamlining responses.
    Compliance Development
    Develop compliance policies and procedures with input from internal stakeholders.
    Prepare and draft policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and oversee training and implementation processes.
    Salary Range
    $230,000 - $250,000
