Job summary
The account (sales) manager serves as a driving force behind Raising a Reader's mission to transform lives through the power of reading.The account manager will be an integral partner within the Revenue team working with development and sales marketing to identify opportunities and grow revenue. In 2026, this role will have a sales goal to help us reach our $2.45M in sales revenue.
This role is ideal for a highly driven, collaborative, organized, and innovative sales professional looking to expand an impactful early literacy family program.
- Prospecting to grow your pipeline and leading the sales process for assigned pipeline to closing (~70%)
- Develop strategic sales plans for each organization in the role's account portfolio.
