Job summary
This position will involve monitoring naval hospital systems at Camp Lejeune including fire alarm security public address sound radio nurse call code blue infant protection and telephone answering systems in a 24/7 call center environment.
- We are looking for someone with minimum of one year experience with multi-line telephones preferred previous alarm monitoring customer service experience required must have excellent customer relations skills proficiency with computers typing ability to multitask rotate shift schedule days nights weekends holidays as necessary three more years experience working in a call center environment preferred experience working in a monitoring call center environment also preferred
