New England Dermatology & Laser Center has been providing dermatology care to the greater Springfield community for over 70 years. We're looking for an experienced Call Center Associate with a conscientious work ethic to join our busy specialty practice.We are responsible for meeting company targets in providing superior customer service to patients calling a physician practice with heavy call volume. This position supports clinical teams by processing calls, scheduling appointments within established guidelines,
ensuring that chart information is up-to-date and current and taking detailed messages.
