    Make a difference at the Family Health Center Clinic Family Health Center is seeking a Nursing Assistant position. This is a Full-Time position that can work 64-80 hours every two weeks from 8a.m.-4:30p.m., there is some flexibility on scheduling, so we can work with you- minimum of 8 hour shifts

    Job Summary


    • Assists providers with clinic procedures.
    • Assists care team with routine tasks including stocking rooms, management of paperwork and inventory support.
    • Supports patient care needs by performing delegated patient care and non-patient care tasks.
    • Responsible for assisting patient care team in the treatment and care of patients in accordance with established policies and procedures and unit standards to provide quality patient care.
    • Cares for patients of all ages.
    • Supports and implements patient safety and other safety practices as appropriate.
    • Supports and demonstrates Family Centered Care principles when interacting with patients and their families and with coworkers.

    Qualifications:

    • High School Diploma or GED High school diploma or equivalent required
    • Proof of successful completion of a Nursing Assistant training program, or experience as a Nursing Assistant (NA), Patient Care Assistant, or Health/Hospice Aide required.
    • Prior experience as a nursing assistant preferred.
    • Basic computer knowledge and skills preferred.
    • Good communication skills.
    • Prepare Training Program (PTP) Prepare Training Program (PTP) completed within one year of hire.
    • Basic Life Support (BLS) Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider preferred.
