The Public Safety Operations Center Manager oversees the daily operations of the Public Safety Operations Center (PSOC). The manager serves as the FCIC Agency Coordinator and assists in ensuring departmental compliance with Florida Crime Information Center (FCIC) policies. They also act as a Police Dispatcher if needed. Additionally, they perform administrative procedures, formulate communication procedures, supervise staff members, develop short- and long-range goals for PSOC capabilities aligning with departmental priorities.,- Oversight of public safety center. ,
