    Position Summary

    The Sales Training & Enablement Senior Manager is a member of the Sales Enablement team within the Sales organization.

    This role is responsible for the design, development and delivery of learning experiences and resources that prepare the Sales resources for their new role and/or ongoing skill development.

    The Sales Training & Enablement Senior Manager will design and deliver assessments to ensure knowledge transfer has occurred. The Sales Training & Enablement Senior Manager will evaluate program impact and effectiveness and report results to key stakeholders.

    Essential Functions (Duties And Responsibilities)

    70%:

    Partner with key stakeholders to develop a deep understanding of the job responsibilities, skills, competencies and knowledge required for key roles within the Sales organization and how success in the role will be measured

    Develop and update as required a compelling new hire onboarding program and/or ongoing enablement programs with clear learning objectives, lesson plans, a mix of learning and practicing experiences.

    Develop compelling program materials and learning experiences leveraging a mix of modalities including instructor-led, virtual and digital
    Partner with Instructional Designer to develop digital training programs that meet defined requirements
    Deliver training and enablement programs partnering with SMEs as required.

    Serve on a multi-person sales methodology delivery program both immersing in a train the trainer program and executing the program itself when applicable.

    Develop attendee assessment and certification strategy as required
    Partner with Commercial Strategy and Operations resources to develop reporting strategy

    30%:

    Plan program schedule and communicate dates with stakeholders
    Develop and deliver program evaluations and derive insights that inform ongoing program development and delivery
    Report program status and results with stakeholders

    Education & Experience Required

    Bachelors Degree
    4+ years of experience in a sales training and enablement role; experience in the healthcare IT industry and/or an athenaOne sales role preferred
    Experience in Learning & Development a plus
    Experience in a highly client-focused fast-paced environment preferred
    Experience managing at least one direct report; management of a team preferred
    Experience driving both soft skill and hard skill training modules

    Knowledge & Skills

    athenaOne knowledge including the ability to deliver a compelling value-focused demonstration
    Natural inclination to assist, coach, and transfer knowledge to team members
    Project Management expertise with ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
    Ability to conduct thorough needs analysis to scope program development
    Program development expertise with an understanding of how to design and develop engaging learning experiences
    Top notch presentation and facilitation skills
    Strong communication skills with a talent for effectively delivering constructive feedback
    Excellent organizational and time management skills
