    **Description**

    The Assistant Director of Home Care has primary responsibilities for all in-home service programs, ensuring that enrollment and staffing needs and regulatory requirements are met.

    **ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES**

    Oversees service In all In-home programs,

    Directly supervises the Regional Supervisory Team and Field Supervisors,

    Ensure the coordination of services with the field supervisory team and staffing coordination

    Be available to support the Staffing Coordination team after hours and on weekends.

    Manages quality overnight of In-home programs to ensure adequate and appropriate service Assists Develop and Implement quality assurance practices in order to develop best practices for the In-home programs.

    Assess the satisfaction of the wxk4ducds and families receiving services,

    Actively participates in program audits, as well as creates and implements plans of corrective action to address Issues related to existing and emerging program and regulatory compliance standard requirements.

    Completes statistical reports for submission externally and Internally and conducts surveys and data analysis for In-home program

    In collaboration with the Training Coordinator, ensures training curricula coven all regulatory, and program requirements.

    Oversees Incident reporting processes to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

    Assists in creating and implementing policies and procedures specific to the Home Care Department.

    Collaborates and coordinates with Director and Associate Director of Horne Care in the effective management of the Department and assumes responsibility for the Department in the Directors and Associate Director's absence.

    **QUALIFICATIONS:**

    Bachelors Degree required, along with 2-3 years supervisory experience.

    Strong computer and statistical reporting skills essential.

    Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills needed.

    Ability to effectively interact with colleagues, staff, consumers and other service stakeholders.

    Knowledge of and/or experience working with the disability population highly desirable.

    Bilingual skills a definite plus.
