    Sales Director

    We're in search of an adept Sales Director to spearhead our outbound sales initiatives. This role is pivotal in maximizing the efficacy of our CRM platform and propelling our sales team towards our organizational goals. The ideal candidate will showcase outstanding leadership skills and a proven history of excelling in sales management.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead and oversee outbound sales endeavors, managing both inside and outside sales representatives.
    • Formulate lead generation and customer acquisition strategies.
    • Devise and execute sales tactics to optimize customer retention and drive revenue growth.
    • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate sales team performance and effectiveness.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor CRM solutions to our industry's specific needs. Work closely with internal stakeholders to streamline processes and enhance CRM functionality.
    • Provide mentorship, coaching and guidance to sales team members, fostering a culture of continual improvement and accountability.
    • Propel the team forward by setting clear objectives, delivering regular feedback, and implementing best practices in sales management and reporting.

    Requirements:

    • 10+ years' experience of proven track record in sales management.
    • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, capable of inspiring and motivating team members towards shared objectives.
    • Demonstrate expertise in outbound sales strategies, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
    • Analytic mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights to enhance sales performance.
    • Robust project management skills, adept at prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and effectively managing competing priorities.
    • Experience selling services to Automobile Dealerships is advantageous.
    • Strong technical acumen and proficiency in CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot, (experience with PeopleSoft or other CRM applications is acceptable). Experience in managing, implementing, and customizing CRM reports for team metrics and presentations to the leadership team.
    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Sales certifications, or related field experience. An MBA would be advantageous.
