Job Description:
The Speaker Bureau Meeting Planner role at IQVIA involves collaborating as an integral part of the client Core Team, coordinating all aspects of planning and delivering meeting logistics, confirming HCP Speaker for meeting dates, coordinating travel, venue, food/beverage, and AV arrangements, securing virtual meeting details, managing attendee RSVPs, processing HCP speaker payments, and ensuring compliance with business rules throughout the planning process.
Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
3+ years of meeting planning or equivalent experience, Life Sciences experience is a plus, Bachelor's Degree preferred, Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Knowledge in SharePoint, Salesforce, and Smartsheet preferred, Strong attention to detail, Ability to multitask, Customer service skills, Excellent communication skills, Ability to problem solve effectively, Strong sense of urgency.
Reward and Benefits:
The potential base pay range for this role is $49,000 to $90,000 annually. Actual pay may vary based on qualifications, location, and schedule. Incentive plans, bonuses, health, welfare, and other benefits are also provided.
