    Job Posting: Associate Attorney - Personal Injury

    Location: El Paso, TX

    Well-established legal firm in El Paso, TX, is actively seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join their team. This is an outstanding opportunity for individuals aiming to advance their career in Personal Injury.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage a high-volume caseload of Personal Injury cases
    • Conduct comprehensive legal research and provide sound legal analysis
    • Draft pleadings, motions, and various legal documents
    • Attend court hearings and trials
    • Collaborate effectively with other attorneys and legal staff to strategize case management

    Skills:

    • Active membership in the Texas State Bar
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Personal Injury Defense (Plaintiff side experience considered)
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to work independently and as a collaborative team player
    • Proficient in legal research and writing
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
