    Summary:

    Triosim Corporation is seeking a motivated Metrology Product Manager to oversee the Product Group, aligning with company strategic goals and policies. This role will direct operations through a team of front-line supervisors and Alignment Engineers, ensuring customer and employee satisfaction while improving efficiency.

    Essential Functions:

    • Collaborate with Sales and Business Management to oversee division P&L.
    • Develop and implement plans for budget spending control, labor & material efficiency, engineering effectiveness, customer services responsiveness, and sales proposal accuracy.
    • Ensure compliance with company standards for cost control, waste reduction, quality, safety, and complete delivery.
    • Participate in developing and implementing the annual budget, including capital expenditures, and re-forecasting on a quarterly basis.
    • Manage policy deployment in areas of quality, cost reduction, delivery, safety, customer satisfaction, and employee utilization.
    • Review operation reports and financial statements to determine progress and status in attaining objectives.
    • Evaluate staff performance for compliance with established policies and company objectives.
    • Provide leadership for employee relations and departmental interactions through effective communications, coaching, training, and development.
    • Lead problem resolution to facilitate timely improvements and improved working relationships.
    • Minimize warranty costs and improve Working Capital Management by reviewing payment terms and receivables.
    • Enforce and support all work rules, company policies, safety and health policies, and procedures.

    Other Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Create an environment that encourages innovation, entrepreneurship, and personal improvement.
    • Foster a problem-solving attitude within the group.
    • Develop a succession plan and participate in strategic planning meetings.
    • Manage relationships with third-party providers and customers, approve expenses, and authorize payments.
    • Contribute to periodic meetings with peer managers and recommend product or process improvements.

    Required Education/Experience:

    • Bachelor's Degree in business management, production engineering, mechanical engineering, or relevant field; equivalent combination of education and experience also considered.
    • 3–5 years' experience in a manufacturing setting.
    • Ability to operate effectively in a team and service-oriented environment.
    • Persuasive leadership and strong interpersonal skills.
    • Knowledge of computer programs including Microsoft Office platform, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
    • Strong analytical and reasoning abilities.

    Supervisory Responsibilities: Direct supervision of all employees.

    Work Environment: Hybrid position with remote work, office setting, and travel required for field visits, approximately 50% of work involves travel.

    Classification: Full-Time, Salary, Exempt. Typical work schedule is Monday-Friday, some weekends may be required.
