Job Summary
We are seeking an Executive Director to lead our Spring Valley Health and Rehab Nursing Home. As a passionate leader with experience in senior living operations you will oversee day-to-day operations ensuring high-quality resident care. You will develop relationships with residents families employees and external stakeholders provide leadership mentorship drive financial business performance ensure clinical regulatory compliance enhance employee resident satisfaction strengthen marketing community presence.Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Healthcare Gerontology or related field required.
- Licensed eligible for licensure as a Nursing Home Administrator in state of care community.
