MUST BE CURRENTLY LOCAL TO THE GREENSBORO NC AREA. THIS POSITION IS AN ONSITE POSITION.

GENERAL SUMMARY:

The Project Engineer will work closely with sales team and our highly valued clients, designing and implementing stable core infrastructures. Will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of projects ensuring consistency with strategy, commitments, and goals. Will be the primary point of customer contact for all project issues and will work closely with the sales team to ensure that all products and services are properly applied and meet project specifications and contractual obligations. Will provide our clients with the best customer service on-site and remotely.

Responsibilities:

Design, Implement, Support LAN/WAN technologies (i. e. installation of routers, switches, firewalls, wireless, etc.)

Azure migrations and setups

VMware migrations

Remote access solutions: VPN, Terminal Services

Design, configure, and upgrade customer's networks and in-house servers

O365 migration and setup

SharePoint Migrations

Network Assessments

Client On-boardings, Client Off-boardings

Assist sales with client presentations

Create and maintain project documentation and delivery to internal and external stakeholders

Contribute to the development of processes and project delivery procedures

Measuring project performance, daily activities, and time entry

Developing comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients and staff members

Perform other related duties as assigned or needed

Direct work experience in technical projects

Microsoft experience and\or certifications

Firewall, switches, routing, Wi-Fi experience and\or certifications

SonicWALL experience and\or certifications
