- Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, drawings, and correspondence
- Coordinate administrative tasks such as installation schedules, material orders, meetings, calendars, and project files organization
- Assist in procurement activities, including obtaining bids, processing invoices, and tracking material deliveries
- Communicate with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Assist in preparing and distributing project-related reports, presentations, and documentation
- Support project managers and supervisors with administrative tasks to ensure project efficiency and compliance
- Facilitate communication between project team members to ensure smooth information flow
- Maintain accurate project records, including change orders, Requests for Information (RFIs), and submittals
- Coordinate meetings, site visits, and other project-related activities as needed
- Assist in coordinating project closeout activities, including compiling project documentation and facilitating final inspections
- 2-3 years of experience in a construction environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Smart Sheet, and Construction CRM/Software
- Experience in commercial and residential construction administration
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Active valid Driver's License for at least 3 years
