- Maintain on shift cleanliness of the dining room and restaurant work stations
- Resetting all tables to the standard table setting
- Clean/sanitize table tops/chairs, sweep floors, and mop up spills in all restaurant areas
- Assisting with stocking of silverware, plates, napkins, etc.
- Sweeping floors and cleaning spills in all restaurant areas
- Trash removal
- Opening or closing of the restaurant per opening/closing checklist
- Communicating with guests and answering basic restaurant/company related questions
- Assist servers by delivering food and non-alcoholic beverages to guests
- Assist as needed in other areas as requested by a lead or manager
- Maintain uniform standards and a professional appearance
- Standing for long periods of time with frequent bending and turning
- Must be able to lift 40 lbs
- Must be comfortable climbing on a ladder
- Must be able to communicate with guests and accept and deliver drink orders
- Must be at least 16 years old (18 years old to serve alcohol with valid alcohol license)
- Must be familiar with most types of liquor, wine and beer
- Must possess a valid Food Handler's Certificate or other similar license per local code
- Obtain training certification per company policy
