    Description

    About the Role

    We are seeking a skilled Technical Laboratory Specialist to join our team at Mentor Technical Group.

    Job Summary

    The successful candidate will be responsible for performing laboratory solution preparation, testing of raw materials, and physical testing of finished products in accordance with company test methods.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Preparation and standardization of solutions and instruments
    • Performing physical testing of finished products, raw materials, and stability samples
    • Recording results in official logs and documentation
    • Maintenance of the EM program, including collection and testing of qualified utility systems and environmental sampling
    • Provide data entry, review, and approval as required

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Biology, Microbiology, Chemistry, or similar field of study
    • At least 1 year of relevant post-degree work experience in Environmental Monitoring, Aseptic Manufacturing, or Microbiological Laboratory Operations
    • Strong understanding of GMPs and regulatory requirements

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and/or cGMP experience

    What We Offer

    A competitive salary range of $55,000 - $75,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth.
