We cater to a diverse clientele ranging from individuals, families, entrepreneurs, and small business owners to large corporations. Our legal proficiency spans representing both plaintiffs and defendants across a broad spectrum of litigation matters.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a law firm setting
Paralegal certificate, Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree
Commercial and/or business transactions
LLC and Corporation registrations
EIN acquisition, dissolutions, and conversions
Drafting schedules and closing documents
Familiarity with the division of corporations & commercial code website
Acquisition and divestiture processes
