    Summary:


    Reporting to the General Manager, Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for selling products or services while providing excellent customer service as well as performing an important role in the overall customer experience by helping with sales and customer inquiries by email, phone and in-person meeting with customers including sales and technical discussions.

    These activities always must be implemented, cooperating with marketing manager dispatched from Japan office.


    Responsibilities:
    Develop relationships with current customers and drive sales outside of the customers original order, including additional products.
    Product/technology introduction to customers in Motorcycle and Power sports industries.
    Daily commercial negotiation and correspondence with customers by e-mail/phone based on the information from marketing manager. Involvement of Engineering and development work with customers R&D and engineering team.
    Handle all customer issues in a timely and professional manner
    Pursue new and advanced technology to catch up with customers newly developed products.

    Improve the result of customers evaluation regarding delivery/quality issues and collect the payments from customers timely to avoid the over-dues.

    Develop and keep good relationship with existing/potential customers/suppliers.
    Understand our products in detail technically and introduce to potential customers.
    Try to establish new business in vehicle industries together with marketing manager under the instruction of General Manager.
    Check customers request/demand.
    Travel 2-3 times a month in USA, once a year out of country
    Manages 2 Staffs in a team


    Qualifications/Skills/Requirement:
    Bachelors Degree
    Prior sales experience in automotive or motorsports industry
    Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
    Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point
    Attention to detail
    Excellent communication skills
    Cross-reference data accurately
    Excellent organizational skills
    Works well independently and with a team
    Valid US drivers license and valid passport

    Ability to lift 5-10 pounds
