The Human Resources Shared Services Specialist I provides centralized support to Associates, leaders, and other HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) by resolving HR-related inquiries, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate records in HR systems.Responsibilities
- Meets expectations of the applicable OneCHRISTUS Competencies: Leader of Self, Leader of Others
- Provides accurate and efficient resolution of issues and inquiries through multiple channels (phone, email)
