- Assess the entire center operation including the review of processes, operating expenses, formulary adherence, and staff effectiveness
- Assess local center resources and evaluate team performance recommend changes as needed
- Review operating expenses to determine target reductions
- Document findings and provide feedback and progress reports to senior management
- Maintain open line of communication and establish a partnership to ensure continued success of the location beyond on-site assessment
- Standardize & Train field locations on various processes
- Extensive experience in DME industry
- Excellent analytical skills
- Must be able to accommodate a minimum of 50% travel
- Successful completion of all scheduled New Employee Orientation Programs.
- Successful completion of all training requirements
- Skills to read, write, and perform both mathematics calculations and the English language effectively
- Work independently
- detail-oriented and has excellent organizational skills
- Must have effective communications skills
- Bachelor degree required or equivalent
- 8-10 years of overall general business experience with experience in management capacity
