    The Impact You Will Make
    The Manager, Strategic Projects will play a pivotal role in driving the successful execution of key projects aimed at advancing the strategic objectives of our SMB account management organization. This position requires a highly organized and proactive individual with strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record of project management excellence.
    Duties will include, but are not limited to:

    • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic projects aimed at enhancing our SMB account management capabilities.
    • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, customer success, and product development, to ensure alignment and synergy across projects.
    • Effectively communicate project updates, milestones, and risks to internal stakeholders and senior leadership, fostering transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Analyze data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, guiding strategic decision-making and resource allocation.
    • Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior leadership based on project findings and insights, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
    • Proactively identify potential risks and obstacles to project success, developing contingency plans and mitigation strategies to address them effectively.
    • Monitor project progress and performance against key performance indicators (KPIs), making adjustments as necessary to keep projects on track and within scope.


    What You Bring to the Table

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field; advanced degree or certification (e.g., PMP) preferred.
    • 5-7 years of experience in sales management, account management, or business development within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
    • Proven experience in project management, preferably within a SMB account management or client services environment.
    • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and empower team members to achieve their full potential.
    • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies and initiatives.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers at all levels.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools, and a strong analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
