    SourcePro Search is conducting a search for a Conflicts Coordinator with - 3 years of law firm conflicts and new business intake experience for a top-rated law firm.

    This is a hybrid opportunity (Tuesday - Thursday on-site).


    What You'll Do:
    Performing conflict searches for new clients, matters and lateral attorney hires; distributing relevant search results regarding same.
    Assisting attorneys and secretaries with conflicts and new client/matter opening procedures.
    Processing of requests in new client/matter workflow application.
    Ensuring engagement letter, conflict waiver and opposing counsel requirements are met.
    Maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the Firm's names database.
    Maintaining familial relationships, conflict screens and governmental appointments/ board positions/outside business interests' databases.
    Erecting ethical walls/conflict screen reports.
    Determining proper recipient of unidentified mail.


    What You'll Bring:
    Associate degree preferred. Equivalent work experience will be considered.- 3 years of law firm conflicts and new business intake experience.
    Knowledge of automated conflicts software (preferably Intapp Open) and web-based search engines.
    Familiarity with law firm time and billing systems (preferably Aderant).Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
    Familiarity with names of major companies, financial institutions and law firms, and aliases of same.
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
    Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with a strong attention to detail.
    Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a team environment.
    Ability to interact effectively with internal client base, always upholding a professional demeanor and demonstrating an attitude of cooperation.
    Ability to work overtime when needed, often without advanced notice.
    Ability to treat sensitive/confidential information with appropriate discretion.
    Maintain a reliable attendance record. Arrive to work in a timely manner and observe prescribed work break and meal periods.
