    Seeking a part-time Physical Therapist to assist with care in the Okaloosa County, Florida area

    PRN options available

    • Weekly pay with direct deposit
    • Flexible scheduling
    • Mobile shift access
    • Flexible work schedules for a variety of assignments, procedures, and treatments
    • Weekend and evening opportunities, both inhome and at facilities
    • Physical Therapist PT Responsibilities:
    • Monitor and report changes in clients' conditions and needs to the Director of Nursing
    • Keep clients' families informed about care plans, health changes, and any concerns

    Physical Therapist PT Requirements:

    • Current unrestricted PT license in the state where care is being provided
    • Minimum of one year documented experience in a home health agency, primary care clinic, or health facility preferred
    • Uptodate Level 2 Background Check
