    Pluralsight's Strategic Customer Success team is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Customer Success Specialist (CSS). The CSS plays a crucial role within Pluralsight's customer-centric framework, operating with guidance from the Senior Customer Success Manager (CSM) to ensure the success and satisfaction of our global accounts. To excel in this role, a successful CSS combines interpersonal skills, technical proficiency, adaptability, and a genuine commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction in both internal and customer-facing interactions.

    Responsibilities:
    Strategic Global Account Support:

    • Collaborate with Senior Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to provide essential support for strategic global accounts.
    • Assist in ensuring seamless communication and coordination to meet the unique needs of global clients.


    Platform Engagement and Product Awareness:

    • Work closely with CSMs to execute tailored strategies aimed at enhancing platform engagement and fostering product awareness within strategic global accounts.
    • Provide personalized support and guidance to users during enablement sessions, focusing on improving platform proficiency and promoting best practices for maximizing product benefits.
    • Continuously monitor and analyze the effectiveness of executed strategies, leveraging feedback and data insights to refine approaches and optimize platform engagement on a global scale.


    Custom Reporting Requests:

    • Respond to and fulfill custom reporting requests from global clients, tailoring data outputs to meet specific customer needs.
    • Collaborate with CSMs to understand unique customer requirements and ensure timely delivery of custom reports.


    Experience you'll bring:

    • 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
    • Basic understanding of customer success principles and strategies.
    • Strong organizational and communication skills
    • Passion for technology and data
    • Ability to translate technical subjects or features into value based conversations
    • Ability to collect data, analyze results, and draw insightful conclusions
    • Proficiency in data analysis tools, G-Suite, MS Office, Slack, CRM Tools, Zoom.
