Summary:

This highly respected Chicagoland General Contractor is looking for a Project Executive to oversee people and projects in the healthcare/hospital/pharma industries.

This company has been around for almost 100 years and has an 88% retention rate.

Most of their work is negotiated work and while this role would sit in their healthcare division, they have a very diverse portfolio of projects in the company.

Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients, the design community, and organizations to enhance future business development opportunities. Develop high-performance teams through supervision, training, coaching, and mentoring. Ensure regular feedback is shared with staff including timely completion of employee performance appraisals. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing Departments to secure new work for the business unit. Ensure strict adherence to ethics and compliance requirements on all projects. Provide leadership in risk evaluation, contract negotiations, fee and pricing decisions. Manage and lead multiple projects simultaneously from preconstruction through closeout. Provide oversight for budget and financial management for all projects. Drive enforcement of safety protocols by the project staff.


Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture or the like 15+ years of progressive general contracting experience Healthcare and/or Pharma project experience required Experience overseeing projects from preconstruction through close-out Ability to build and maintain business relationships that bring in new/repeat work Ability and motivation to mentor/trainDate Posted
