$65 - $70 (based on experience)
Must haves
6+ years of experience in Software Development
Strong experience with .NET/C#
Hands on experience with Data systems such as Kafka/Kinesis, Elasticsearch, SQL
Hands on experience with deployment tooling like Docker, Kubernetes and/or Hel
Strong experience with AWS
Plusses
Experience with Terraform and/or ArgoCD
Experience with Security tools like OAuth/OIDC
Job description
In this role, the Staff Software Engineer is responsible for owning the technical success of a product or service area by driving architecture, quality, and delivery outcomes.
They lead the architectural design of services and ensure seamless integration across the broader platform ecosystem while remaining hands‑on in writing and reviewing production‑level code for complex features.
The position requires maintaining high engineering standards through testing, monitoring, and operational best practices, as well as debugging and resolving issues across distributed systems.
The engineer mentors mid‑ and senior‑level developers, collaborates closely with product, design, and engineering partners, and translates complex technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance.
They also contribute to improving developer experience, system reliability, and overall performance across the organization.Compensation
$65 to $70
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
