Business Law - Not the fancy high end business law. Gritty construction disputes. Small companies with 50 employees dealing with compliance issues. Breach of contract is the most common dispute. Business divorces are also commonly found here.
Homeowner Association and Property disputes. HOAs can be a great thing. What happens when there are not proper elections or someone is taking money? What happens when a president thinks he is king and starts trying to enforce rules not in the covenants? Who protects the homeowner? We do. If fighting against HOAs that are not following the rules has an appeal, we would be glad to have you
Family Law - Family law is a court of equity rather than law. If you like persuasive argument, this is an area of law for you. While it can be stressful, it can also be extremely rewarding as you make a difference in someone's life.
The ideal candidate will manage litigation cases and resolve legal disputes on behalf of clients by developing agreements, negotiating disputes, setting claims and advocating for clients in court. This individual will build client relationships and provide an excellent customer experience for clients.
