    An esteemed multinational corporation specializing in industrial chemical production is seeking an experienced Reliability Engineer to join its Maintenance & Reliability team. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to contribute to a forward-thinking team that is dedicated to advancing operational reliability and efficiency across global operations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead reliability efforts at the site, including conducting root cause analysis, developing failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA), and optimizing preventative maintenance plans.
    • Implement and manage corrective actions for potential business interruptions and develop policies and procedures.
    • Identify and rectify issues with problematic equipment ("Bad Actors").
    • Facilitate knowledge sharing across the site and with other locations within the company.
    • Act as the subject matter expert for flanged joint integrity and oversee management of change processes and documentation updates.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field is mandatory.
    • At least 5 years of engineering experience in the chemical or refining industry, with specific experience in managing both fixed and rotating equipment.
    • Demonstrated understanding of equipment design, maintenance, and reliability practices, including thorough knowledge of ASME and API standards.
    • CMRP Certification or a similar qualification is preferred.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with SAP and PCMS.
