    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Director at Merit Children's Academy. The Assistant Director will be responsible for assisting in the management and administration of the academy, ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities. This includes supervising staff, developing and implementing educational programs, maintaining safety standards, and providing support to teachers, parents, and students. The Assistant Director will also contribute to curriculum development and participate in community outreach events.

    Qualifications
    • Strong leadership and management skills
    • Experience in early childhood education
    • Knowledge of educational curriculum and teaching methodologies
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work collaboratively with staff, parents, and students
    • Organizational and problem-solving abilities
    • Knowledge of safety regulations and protocols
    • Proficiency in relevant software and technology
    • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
    • Experience in a supervisory role is preferred
