Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate and become a vital part of our fast-paced distribution operation In this energetic role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing inventory, operating heavy equipment, and ensuring smooth warehouse distribution processes. Duties

• Safely operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, cranes, pallet jacks, and order pickers to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse
• Manage inventory control through accurate stock counting, replenishment, and documentation using warehouse management systems like AS400 or RF scanners
• Assist with order picking, packing, and shipping & receiving to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
• Conduct materials handling activities including heavy lifting, stocking shelves, and organizing products for efficient warehouse distribution
• Support warehouse supervision by maintaining compliance with OSHA safety standards and mechanical knowledge protocols
• Utilize inventory management techniques to track stock levels, perform cycle counts, and prevent discrepancies
• Operate tools such as mechanical lifts and other heavy equipment to facilitate manufacturing or construction-related tasks when necessary

Requirements

• Proven warehouse experience with familiarity in inventory management, order picking & packing, shipping & receiving, and materials handling
• Valid certification or experience operating reach trucks, forklifts, cranes, pallet jacks, and other heavy equipment
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues
• Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, or AS400 platforms for inventory control
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards related to warehouse operations and heavy equipment operation
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in manufacturing or construction environments is a plus but not required
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for stock accuracy and order fulfillment
