About Us
Neuro S.P.A.C.E. ABA LLC is a locally owned and growing provider of Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS) across Central Pennsylvania. Our mission is to support children, families, and communities by delivering individualized, evidence-based ABA services rooted in compassion, acceptance, and collaboration.
We are seeking a dedicated leader and supervisor to join our team and provide clinical leadership, supervision, and direct support in alignment with Pennsylvania IBHS regulations and the BACB Ethics Code.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide clinical supervision, training, and performance feedback to Behavior Technicians (BTs), RBTs, and other clinical staff.
Deliver ABA services in home, school, community, or center-based settings as needed.
Collect, analyze, and interpret data to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans.
Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with IBHS, HIPAA, and payer requirements.
Collaborate with families, educators, and community professionals to support treatment goals and generalization of skills.
Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and ongoing quality improvement initiatives.
Uphold professional and ethical standards as outlined by the BACB and Pennsylvania regulations.
Qualifications
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field (required).
Current BCBA certification (required for BCBA position).
Licensed or license-eligible as a Behavior Specialist (LBS) in Pennsylvania (required for IBHS compliance).
Minimum of 1 year of experience providing ABA services to children or adolescents (preferred).
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the service area.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Required Clearances
All candidates must obtain and maintain the following Pennsylvania clearances prior to hire and as required by state regulations:
PA Child Abuse History Clearance (Act 33)
PA State Police Criminal Background Check (Act 34)
FBI Criminal History Background Check (1KG738 – Department of Human Services – Employment)
Mandated Reporter Training Certificate (Recognizing and Reporting Child Abuse)
Clearances must be valid and kept up to date in accordance with Pennsylvania law. Neuro S.P.A.C.E. ABA will provide guidance for completing these requirements during the on-boarding process.
