Senior EstimatorSummaryAs a Senior Estimator, you will play a critical role in the pre-construction phase of our projects.

You will be responsible for accurately estimating the costs associated with construction projects, ensuring that our bids are competitive while maintaining profitability.

This role requires a combination of technical expertise, attention to detail, and strategic thinking.
Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the project management team to develop bid strategies and pricing models that align with project goals and client requirements
• Reviewing proposal specifications, drawings, attending pre bid meetings, and conducting site visits to establish the scope of work
• Present and defend estimates to clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders as needed
• Coordinate with procurement and contracting teams to finalize agreements and ensure timely delivery of materials and services
• Sets up cost monitoring and reporting systems and procedures.

Creates cost models for cost estimating elements. Prepares cost reports and presents findings to design and client teams- Monitor and track changes in project scope, schedule, and budget, providing timely updates and recommendations to project stakeholdersJob RequirementsDetails:
Job Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field- 3+ years of experience in construction estimating with the commercial and industrial industries- Proficiency in construction estimating software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or similar tools- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to accurately interpret technical drawings, specifications, and contract documents- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams, clients, subcontractors, and vendors#J-18808-Ljbffr
