We are seeking a detail-oriented and physically capable individual to join our team as a Luggage Assistant.

• Assist passengers with luggage and boarding trains, ensuring smooth travel experiences for all.
• Handle checked baggage, packages, and company materials in the station and on/off trains with care and attention to detail.

Lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds is an essential part of this role. Additionally, you will be responsible for pushing or pulling baggage carts and operating equipment such as tow tractors, pallet jacks, and forklifts safely.
