The Project Manager will be responsible for client communications during various stages of multiple projects.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Project manage projects in the industrial, mission critical, and life sciences sector with 10 to 20 years of experience.
Prior experience project managing projects in a E or A/E consulting firm.
Full understanding of MEP/FP systems. Preferably a mechanical or electrical PE. We will consider architects, structural or civil engineers with experience managing large teams in a consultant environment.
Experience being the prime consultant and managing outside sub-consultants such as architects, structural and civil engineers.
Excellent communications skills with the ability to utilize multiple applications to communicate, store and present.
Experience writing proposals, estimating A/E fees, and presenting qualifications of teams.
Management of schedule and budgets for a multitude of projects
Responsible for client communications
Should have a knowledge of technical terms and be able to have a good rapport with outside partners
Executes action items
Collaborate and coordinate with all trade departments
Manages QC and deliverables as well as deadlines
Assist with business development
KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATION AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering preferred
Master's & PE license a bonus
7 plus years project management experience
Commitment to sustainability is highly preferred.
Understand industry trends.
Fluency in MS Office products including Word, Excel and Outlook and cloud tools. Strong communication and computer skills are required.
Working knowledge of BIM and Revit
Decision making and judgement necessary
The preferred candidate will have excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, problem solving and analytical skills
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to visit job sites, ascend and descend stairs, lift 25 pounds, and may sit for extended periods of time
