Nocturnist PA - Keene, NH, United States - Dartmouth Health
Description
The Physician Assistant will be responsible for the night shift, with their primary responsibilities being the admission and ongoing care of hospitalized patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). They will be trained in critical care procedures such as central lines, intubations, and more. Additionally, they will respond to Rapid Response and Code Blue situations and provide critical care consultations as needed. During peak times, the PA will collaborate with Emergency and Hospital Medicine physicians. They will work with tele-ICU Critical Care Medicine physicians, and the on-call critical care physician will also be available as a resource to the PA whenever needed.
This position is comprised of eleven 12-hour shifts per month, which will be considered full-time with full time benefits.
