    Job Purpose

    This is a fast growth company in the medical device industry, and this role will be a crucial role in supporting their growth, which affects 1000s of patients a month. The purpose of the role is to lead a team in finance to bring visibility and continuity to all day-to-day financial tasks for the organization. This will include but not limited to, monthly and quarterly close, AR, AP, cash flow analysis, audit support, etc.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage a team that encompasses all accounting operations, AP, AR and Payroll
    • Manage the month-end closes
    • Prepare, review, and analyze financials for distribution to internal and external stakeholders.
    • Oversee cost accounting analysis
    • Lead annual audits, AOP, and internal forecasts
    • Maintain current and establish new accounting and finance internal controls and SOPs
    • Bring about further automation and efficiencies in the department

    Minimum Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
    • 7+ years of experience in Accounting
    • 3+ years of experience managing multiple accounting staff
    • Exposure to full-cycle accounting and operations
    • Experience with month-end close, annual audit, budgeting, and financial reporting
    • Oracle ERP experience desired
    • Excellent people leadership skills
    • Strong understanding of GAAP
    • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
    • Detail-oriented, organized, and good time management
    • Good Analytical Thinking Skills
    • Positive attitude, strong work ethic and drive to rise to a new challenge every day
    Compensation Information
    • Base: $160k
    • Variable: $10k bonus potential
