Tilt Wall Project Detailer NEEDED ASAP

Our growing company is seeking to hire a Tilt Wall Project Detailer who will oversee all incoming Tilt Wall panel projects for detailing. This task involves monitoring all tilt up projects, and drawing panel books that project deadlines are met in a timely manner.

Tilt Wall Project and Detailer Description: Project Detailer will oversee the process from planning to delivery. Consisting of estimation to product tilt wall panel books, material to construct both purchase and rental items, detail and/or coordinate the production of the panel book with the manufacturer of the lift and brace inserts. Project Estimator and Detailer will focus on broad issues and any problems that may arise by managing the day-to-day minutiae of a project. Communicate between the client and various teams internally, set times and dates for meetings to keep on schedule, and relay any issues to the customers and Tilt Wall Supervisor. Create and produce accurate, complete Tilt Wall panel book and material quotes. Must be able to:

· Work autonomously to provide quick and accurate drawings daily.

· Ability to create accurate panel book from structural and architectural drawings using AutoCAD

· Revise panel books as needed when addendums and/or new plans become available.

· Analyze and interpret Barnsco's scope of work from bid items lists.

· Download plans from multiple plan rooms (ie. TXDot, ISqFt, Dropbox, etc.)

· Take phone calls from customers and salesmen with questions about jobs/drawings.

· Produce tilt wall panel book drawings that conform to industry and company standards for various structures.

· Produce accurate and detailed lists of material for distribution.

· Assist with the research of detailing and field problems.

· Coordinate with customer and scheduling personnel for deliveries and placement.

· Coordinate and accounts for any changes in our scope of work.

· Maintain accurate records and documentation for each job.

· Responsible for making sure outstanding service is taking place and all efforts are taken to satisfy customer needs at all levels.

· Perform other duties as assigned.

Desired Skills and Experience: This position requires a goal-oriented person, who can work independently, is well organized, meets deadlines and can work on several projects/assignments simultaneously, switching back and forth during the day from one task/assignment to another.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel and Outlook

· Communicates well with customers both on the phone and in person.

· Excellent verbal and written communications

· Advanced experience with Auto CAD.

· Experience and practical knowledge of Tilt Wall Panel detailing per industry standards preferred.

· Ability to interact with coworkers and customers in a positive manner, follow directions, work rules, and accept constructive feedback.

· Strong mathematical skills.

· Ability to communicate with customers, business leaders, and employees.

· Must demonstrate outstanding organization and multi-tasking skills.

· Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural plans fluently.

· Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

· Ability to work on tight deadlines.

· Problem solver for both internal and external customers.

· Minimum of High School Diploma or higher.

· 3-5 years of experience in tilt wall concrete construction

· Bilingual – English/Spanish (preferred).
