    AKA White House is is seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our teamThe Sales & Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in engaging guests, clients, and team members with enthusiasm and professionalism.

    Your responsibilities will include supporting sales efforts, coordinating marketing initiatives, and ensuring exceptional service delivery to our valued clientele.

    Team Member Responsibilities:

    Engage all guests, clients, and team members with an upbeat can-do attitude, encouraging repeat businessUtilize PMS reservation system to provide transparent communication to on property teamAssist group sales team with responding to group sales leads as needed by email and Cvent, and ensuring group pipeline is constantly up to dateDedicated sales support for Sales Director, Business Travel to include communicating with high level VIP company and travel agents.

    Partner with Business Travel Director to ensure the CRM, SELL is updated with client information and the most up to date pipelineArrange amenities and welcome notes for VIP sales clients, review arrivals report 3 days prior to notify team of upcoming VIP staysFluent with AKA rate loading guidelines, partners with Leadership and Revenue team to ensure all information is accurateRespond to all social leads, to include inquiries for weddings, reunions etc to include partnering with Conference Services Manager to service groupsAssist Team in maintaining Cvent & Hotel Planner platform for the property, making sure descriptions are updated and leads are responded toAssist Conference Services Manager with rooming list entry and client communication as requiredAttend department meetings as required, to include week sales meetings and Operations meetingsProvide tours for clients on behalf of the sales when needed, as well as individuals booking social eventsProvide support on the pre-arrival engagement with all key clientsAssist Sales team daily, on request, for assistance with individual reservationsOrganize TEAMS files, confirming collateral and documents being used are current Assist with related administrative responsibilities and perform other duties as assigned, requested, or deemed necessary by managementAssists with copy writing, creation, and deployment of all e-blast messagingAssist with the development, design, editing and distribution of all property collateral and promotionsPrepares marketing activity reports as neededDevelop marketing materials and assemble information packages (e.g., brochures, promotional materials, maps) for promotional events, property tours, and conferencesPerform regular audits of all website information to ensure accuracy and currency of informationAssist with editing and loading new content, including promotions, menus, packages and suite/room descriptions and imagery on through the Content Management System (CMS)Partner with Revenue Management Team to develop exciting packages, package names and package copy

    Required Skills & Qualifications:
    Minimum 1-3 experience working in a hotel or 1-3 years in sales and marketingBachelor's degree (B.

    A.) from four‐year College or UniversityMust have proficient knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing spreadsheets, database, and presentation software (MSWord, Excel, Powerpoint)Experience with Maestro or Opera, ASEM experience preferredMust be positive, energetic, self-starter and self-motivatingSuperior organization skills in high pace environmentStrong time management, organization skills with an emphasis on attention to detailMust be extremely flexible and adaptable to daily frequent changes in a fast-paced environmentFlexible hours might be required based on client needs and time zonesDemonstrated strong resident service, problem solving and decision making skills.
