    We are seeking a highly motivated accounting individual to join our team.

    As an Accounting Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records and reporting processes.

    This position will work from our St. Louis Corporate office located at One City Place, Suite 400, St.

    Louis, MO In this role as an Accounting Manager, you will be expected to, among other tasks:
    Prepare and record certain month-end entries, reconciliations, and schedules. Review balance sheet reconciliations ensuring the reconciliations have appropriate and auditable support and are accurate.

    Prepare and/or review various analyses to identify unusual activity and ensure transactions are properly accounted for, including account variance analyses, balance sheet and income statement fluctuation analyses.

    Manage and reconcile intercompany accounts and activity for the business unit. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for the business unit.

    Play a key role in the integration of acquired businesses onto our corporate ERP platforms, ensuring smooth transitions and alignment with our accounting systems and controls.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess integration requirements, develop implementation plans, and provide ongoing support to streamline financial processes. Resolve issues and remove roadblocks for teams to achieve results. Work with external auditor ensuring audit requests are provided in a timely manner and support the financial statements.

    Communicate with personnel on accounting related issues involving their area of responsibility and the applicable staff Address other ad hoc accounting items and projects as they arise, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.


    Minimum Job Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in accounting
    • CPA a plus.
    A minimum of 5 years accounting experience. Strong knowledge of accounting principles.

    Proven ability to be proactive and self-starting in identifying and resolving issues, with a track record of implementing process improvements and driving efficiencies.

    Must be detail-oriented individual Strong Excel skills, including advanced functions such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis tools. Commitment to continuous process improvement. Proficiency in ERP systems, financial reporting tools, and Microsoft Excel. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
